We’ve established the following General Campground Guidelines to help insure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.

These guidelines are items which pertain specific for our guests renting RV/Tent Campsites.

Check-In / Check-Out:

  • Check-In Time is 2 p.m. Check-Out time is Noon for all RV and Tent Campsites.
    If you intend to arrive before 2 p.m., please notify our office and we will make every effort to have your campsite available. However, we can’t guarantee its availability until 2 p.m.
  • Late Check-Out is available for $15 to stay until 2 p.m. or you can pay the $5/person Day Use Fee and stay until dusk. However, you must still vacate your campsite by noon.

Deposit:

One night rate is taken at the time of your reservation except on holidays when the entire amount must be paid at reservation.

Cancellations

Campsites: We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel EIGHT (8) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel SEVEN (7) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.

Cabins: We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel FIFTEEN (15) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel FOURTEEN (14) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.

Holidays: We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date. Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.

NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’. ‘NO SHOWS’ are subject to the same cancellation policies.

Pet-Friendly Policy:  Cabins or Lodges
We welcome your pet to our campground. All that you need to do is let us know that you are bringing a pet and we will book you into a pet-friendly cabin or lodge subject to availability.  We charge a $25.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit per pet per stay (2 Pet Limit). We expect that you will take good care of your pet which includes not leaving your pet unattended in your cabin or lodge and that your pet will take care of you – making sure that you clean up after him or her. We have cabins and lodges set aside for pets and their owners since some of our other guests are allergic to pets. Unfortunately, if your pet persuades you to sneak him or her into a non-pet cabin or lodge, you will be liable for $300 in cleaning charges.

No aggressive breeds permitted to include but not limited to Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Mastiffs due to requirements of our insurance.

Site Occupancy

Only 1 (one) RV is allowed on per campsite. Tent sites allow for a maximum of 6 (six) persons per site.

Ground Disposal

Ground Disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains.

Sewer Connections

Sewer Connections require a tight seal by a Sewer Donut (or Sewer Ring) or a screw-type connector.

Clotheslines

Clotheslines are not permitted.

Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to whims of Mother Nature.

The Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund. Park staff are not allowed to work on guests’ RVs.
